Cosy Self-Contained Annex in Belper
Cosy self-contained annex 1 mile from Belper Town centre with pubs, supermarkets and beautiful walks nearby. It is large enough for a maximum of two guests. Free parking and WiFi. Not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the stair case. The self contained annex is on the side of my property, you have your own access. Downstairs is the kitchen with a breakfast bar and lounge area. The kitchen has a fridge, full fan oven and a 5 burner hob as well as a microwave and a washing machine. Upstairs is a double bed - word of warning - there is restricted access to the far side of the bed due to the eaves, you do have to duck your head on this side. There is an en-suite with shower, wash hand-basin and toilet. Own access, there is a key safe just in case I'm not around. We are on hand if you require information on places of interest, local walks, eating places etc. This property is within walking distance to a local pub which provides great food. Belper town has many cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a train station in Belper town which is one mile away from us with connections to Derby and Matlock. There are also two small supermarkets within walking distance. The bus service just across the road runs regularly to Belper town and Derby. From Belper you can catch a bus to popular tourism locations including Buxton, Matlock Bath and Bakewell. Belper is on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire home to beautiful countryside and world-renowned heritage sites like UNESCO's Derwent Valley Mills. Belper is a delightful town in itself with rich industrial history and natural attractions including the river gardens, a peaceful oasis next to Herbert Strutt's East Mill, walking distance from the house.
