Private Residence in North Upland

Perfect for long term renters... This homey space is located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood in North Upland. Attached, but entirely separate, to the main house, this small but spacious space has everything you need to call home in sunny SoCal. The space is located in a beautiful neighborhood in North Upland. What's perfect about this spot is that you'll have all of the benefits of having a huge home while having the privacy and comfort of your own house. The space is a separate, but attached apartment that shares no entrances with the main house and has it's own entrance and small backyard that connects through a gate to the main yard. You'll have free reign to the entire space while you stay with us, as well as your own parking spot either in the front driveway or on our street (which is on a quiet cul-de-sac). We're happy to show you around or leave you be - just let us know what, if anything, you might need. The neighborhood is situated on a culdesac and is very quiet and private. We have lots of neighbors that walk their dogs and say hello as their enjoying the beautiful, Southern California weather. We're about five miles from the Metrolink (nearest rail station that can take you into LA or San Bernardino) and about three miles from the nearest bus stop. It's best to have a bike, or ideally, a car if you're wanting to get around. We have three friendly dogs in the main house if you get lonely - they are Charlie, Willy and Gracie and love to make our guests feel welcome. COVID19 Update: We have implemented stricter cleaning protocols and instituted a minimum of two days between guests.
