Woolton 3 bed house Liverpool L25

Very homely and modern. Well behaved group of friends are welcome, it is not a party house. Stag or hen parties NOT ALLOWED. I live in Birmingham but I am originally from Liverpool, this is my Liverpool home. It is in good condition and I only want visitors who will look after and respect it accordingly. I can be contacted by phone at any time and I have a lady who lives in the village who looks after the house for me. Woolton is an area of Liverpool 5 miles from the city centre. Tesco superstore is a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Friendly people. Lots of Beatles history, with John Lennons childhood home 10 minute walk away. Golf and great parks nearby. Local buses travel to the city centre regularly, otherwise taxi or car to the many sites of Liverpool city centre. Train to city centre 1 mile away. Tenants must consider the neighbors.
