Independent double room

Welcome at home! Here we like to spend time on the terrace in the sun or spend a nice moment by the fireplace...when we are not working in the garden or tinkering. Our house is simple, organized and comfortable. A double room (in fact an apartment :) totally independent in an old and preserved house. Ground floor: private entrance, kitchen, large living room with wood stove, bathroom (shower + WC), access to garden. On the first floor: one double room on the garden side and one double room on the street side. The room on the garden side has a view on the sea. You can park in front of the house. Faial da Terra is a peaceful little village of 350 inhabitants, ideally located by the ocean. Isolated but welcoming, there is everything you need in the village! A snack-restaurant, Hélène's grocery store, the Desportivo café, a post office and internet. During the week, several itinerant vendors sell fish, fruits and vegetables. The beach front is equipped with swimming facilities for children and adults. Barbecues, showers, parasol. There are several starting points for hiking, including the famous Salto do Prego waterfall. The room is completely independent (independent entrances from the street and the garden) and is for the exclusive use of the renting travelers. The garden has several areas with tables and deck chairs and is for the use of all travelers. You can park in front of the house. We are always happy to provide information on the different ways to explore the area. You will always find someone to help you during your stay. The house is located in the center of the village 2 minutes walk to a grocery store, restaurant and café. Ocean, hiking trails, waterfall nearby. At 5 minutes walk from the house, come and discover how I grow edible and/or ornamental plants from all climates. Cinnamon, bananas, papaya, turmeric, avocado, anone... I produce plants, seeds, jams, honey, fruits, aromatic and medicinal plants in organic production.
