Ground Floor : leaving room with fully equipped kitchen, bed sofa (for two people), outside panoramic terrace with bbq where to eat and with a beautiful view on the hills of the Langhe. Lower floor: inside pool (40mq x 140cm height), jacuzzi, Tv and bar area, bathroom. Wide floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view on the solarium and the Langhe. First floor: double bedroom, bathroom and panoramic terrace The Guest House was completely renewed in 2017, it is located in a vey quite area, but you can join all main services in less than 5 min by car. The location on the top of a hill, in the country side, offers the possibility of beautiful walks in the nature. The house is air conditioned. The charming medieval town of Guarene, with its spectacular panoramic points on the hills of Langhe and Roero and on the city of Alba, the historical centre and its castle are only 3 min far by car. You will have access to the 2-floors-Guest House, bbq area and pizza brick oven, solarium, dehors with wooden table and chairs, heated indoor pool. In summertime, it is possible to open the widows of the pool area (equipped with mosquito net). The Guest House is in the owner’s property, close to their main house, in a separated building with a completely separated entrance, in order to guarantee maximal privacy. The Guest House is located on a secondary road, in a very quit area, but very close to all main services (pharmacy, supermarket, bars, pastry shops, restaurants, gas station: everything is reachable in less than 5-10 min by car). The house is surrounded by vineyards, hazelnut, Madernassa peaches and apple trees). The area is perfect for tracking and walks in the nature. It is possible, upon reservation, to experience truffle hunting with professional “trifulao” and his dog Guarene is not reachable by public transportation, therefore it is neccessary to have a car to move around
