It is near downtown, 10 minutes by foot, and next to the public bus station. Located in the attic of a private villa with a nice garden, in a quiet area of Kovacici, Grbavica. Access to garden is on working days after 4 pm and whole week-ends. Access from the airport is available by airport bus (5 BAM) or taxi (app.25-30 BAM with luggage) I live at the first floor of the house and I am available to my guests for any information any time. Neighborhood is very quite, there is an Embassy next to the house as well as police security. At the ground floor of the house there is an IT company. The bus station is one minute walking from the house and it takes 2 stations to the very center of the city. The price includes utilities, according to normal use. In a case that you use extra electricity (ex. all day long air condition or washing machine for several times a day every day...) it must be extra paid.
