Charming seaside house, bright and cheerful, three bedrooms, recently refurbished. Our house is moments from the sea, a 10-minute walk to the Forty Foot sea bathing spot and James Joyce Martello tower. We're near Dun Laoghaire pier, great for eating Teddy’s ice creams! The nearby People’s Park has a farmer’s market. Great transport links so no need for a car. On the border of Glasthule and Sandycove, near the DART train line and with the Aircoach airport coach a few minutes' walk away. Entire house available, with brand new furnishings and fittings. Open plan, beautifully designed ground floor with comfortable living room, dining area and well fitted kitchen. Large sliding doors leading to a private patio. Downstairs WC, washer and dryer in utility room. Three bedrooms upstairs, all double sized with new beds, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite. Off-street parking for one car. Guests would have full private access to the house and patio. Due to a change in renting regulations within Dublin, we are looking at minimum 14 day bookings, in order to comply with the new ruling. We are applying for a change of planning permission which will enable us to possibly take shorter bookings again in the future. Someone will come and meet you with the key and take care of anything needed during your stay. Glasthule/Sandycove area has a vibrant village feel with plenty of great shops, including delis, restaurants and bars. The People's Park is a short stroll away and has a farmer's market on Sundays. Fallon & Byrne restaurant is also located there and serves delicious food all day. There is a Carluccio‘s restaurant within five minutes’ walk, also Caviston’s deli and seafood restaurant serves fantastic food and takeaway items such as crusty bread, home-made meals, salads and coffee. There is also a Spar nearby for everyday items. The DART train is very close by so no car needed. You can travel into Dublin City within 25 minutes on this regular route. There is also a bus stop to Dublin Airport with Aircoach nearby. Open plan living/kitchen/dining room which is flooded with natural light and offers access to the private patio garden.
