Peaceful and quite, perfect for families!

Perfect for families! Our house is located in a very quiet and green area between the Varese lake and the lago Maggiore (10 min driving). You can find all sorts of facilities (supermarkets, farmacy, cinema, swimming pool, restaurants) few minutes driving distance. The house is an independent house with a very large garden in common use with other two families. You will have your private grilling and dining space in front of the house with a few on neighbouring deers and horses. You can enjoy the entire house, consisting of a large open space kitchen dining and sitting area with a stylish fireplace, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom at the ground floor. Whereas on the first floor you’ll have a big open space ensuite bedroom with the possibility to add a single bed and a crib. Our huge garden is perfect for wondering around with kids and looking for frogs in our ponds, deers and horses just next to us. We will be happy to let you pick up, if ready, your own fruits and vegetables from our vegetable garden. I can always be in touch as I live just next to the house. But you also can contact me at + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The property is in a very strategic position, in max 10 min drive you can reach 3 different lakes of this area, lago Maggiore, lago di Varese and lago di Monate (small but very clean, ideal for bathing and relax). There are plenty of wonderful walking paths all around. If you like to cycle, you can peacefully use your bike on the cycling routes all around Varese lake and towards Luino from Cuveglio and on the way between Cittiglio and Laveno. You can visit also Santa Caterina del Sasso (an ancient monastery), “le cappelle del Sacro Monte”and the famous islands of lago Maggiore. In 20 min you will be able to reach Varese, in 40 min Lugano and in 1 h Milan. Malpensa airport is 40 min drive and there is the possibility to reach train stations in few minutes. There is a train station very near to the property that can take you to Milan, Varese and Laveno. From Laveno there are boats that navigate towards Piemonte. In Besozzo (5 min drive) you’ll find a train toMilan Malpensa and to Switzerland.
