Tourist destinations such as Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, Baywalk Area, Intramuros, Manila Ocean Park and many more are in close proximity. It is also just 20 min or less to Manila airports (Terminal 1, 2, 3 & 4). 15 minutes to the biggest mall in Asia, SM Mall of Asia. Makati CBD is 3KM away. It is one fabulous location in the Metro! COVID GUIDELINES - IMPORTANT TO KNOW (1) For locally bound travelers, guest would need to submit a government issued photo ID and fill out a health declaration form. (2) For guests with international travel history for the past 14 days, a copy of COVID-19 RT-PCR negative test result taken within 3 days from check in date. - Please be truthful about your medical condition. Safety is first. - If you are showing symptoms, stay at home. Do not put other people at risk. - Always wear mask and face shield in public places. Protect yourselves and others. - Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face. Pools are currently open to guests but can be closed off on any day with notice. This will depend on the ever-changing condo management and IATF's guidelines. Pool fee applies. Up to 5 passengers per elevator. There are 8 elevators with 1 being a service elevator. Please wait for another elevator when one gets filled with 5 people. We are committed to hosting guests responsibly. We follow airbnb, local regulations and the building management's protocol for short term hosts. We do our part in protecting you, we expect your cooperation too. Because we are committed to the safety of our guests and the community, we perform this heightened cleaning: - Use of pinesol 99.9 percent virus and bacteria killer on surfaces, knobs, walls, floors and other high touch areas. - Use of higher grade solution and bleach to clean the bathroom and dry all surfaces afterward. - We have always provided and continue to provide only freshly washed sheets that were machine dried in high temperature. - In-unit refillable alcohol dispenser in place - 2 packs of personal hygiene kit (mini alcohol bottles & face masks) per stay provided - To keep the floors cleaned throughout your stay, we will provide a washable rubber slippers that will be washed and disinfected between stays. Do not use outside shoes and slippers inside the unit. - All dishes and utensils, whether used or not, will be re-washed. No exemptions. - Repeat disinfection of high touch areas using alcohol after the cleaning. Unit will be guaranteed sealed and closed until the next guests. ___________________________________________________________ The condominium unit has a floor area of 27 square meters. Our space is ideal for 1 person or couple, but if group of friends do not mind squeezing a bit for a cheaper deal, this is it! Be aware of the daily condo office hours. When the office is closed, guests can't pay for pool access. You can sign up in advance. Pool fees: Regular days (Mondays to Sundays) - Pool fee is 150 pesos per guest per day Philippine Holidays - 300 per guest per day Fees are payable directly to the Property Management office from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Office is open only until 1pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Pool Maintenance Schedule: Swimming Pool A (Mall of Asia side) - closed every Monday Swimming Poo B (CCP side) - closed every Tuesday This Apartment is in a residential condominium complex. Some limitations have been set to maintain the privacy and interests of both residents and guests. Parking - First Come, First Served basis Parking ONSITE Pay parking in the building is very limited. Waiting time may range for several hours esp during holidays and at night. Rate is Php 30 for the first 2 hours and P 20 every succeeding hour. Parking slots are located on the 2nd level of the building. OFFSITE There are pay parking sites in the area, but not in walking distance. Hence, not recommended due to safety and security reasons. I am working full time and have other businesses on the side so It is very seldom that I am able to meet guests in person. But when I can, I do socialize. It is important for me to know how guests find their stay and how we can do better. The condominium building is right along one of Manila's main highways, Roxas Boulevard. Along this stretch you will find the US Embassy, Central Bank of the Philippines, Manila Ocean Park, Manila Hotel, The Baywalk area, Malls, Night clubs and other Manila's famous attractions. Manila airports are nearby too. Even if it sounds so touristic outside, inside you will get your quiet and peaceful home away from home. The area is most preferred by those who'd like to get closer to the main city highlights. Plus, almost anything is easy to find. People are helpful with directions. One can get a taxi right in front of the building or book a grab ride and meet the driver at the lobby entrance. There is also a concessionaire on the ground floor offering concierge services e.g. private van rental, transfer to and from airport, tours etc. If you need these services, let me know as well as I might be able to arrange them for you. Designated smoking area is outside, behind the mall on the ground floor. Please ask security for direction. Breeze mall is on the ground floor. You will find a convenience store, bank, restaurants, cafes, water refilling station, nails parlor, tour office, money remittance, BPI atm and more. Some stores might be closed due to the pandemic. NOTE that we limit cooking for short staying guests. From experience, it takes time to get rid of the odor from cooking. At times, we get odor complaint from the next guests. As alternative, feel free to bring in ready-to-eat foods, dine outside or order from different fast-food and restaurants on (Website hidden by Airbnb) Most of these restaurants are in the area. For outside restaurants, delivery personnel can only get up to the reception. Breeze mall cafes and restaurants are allowed to deliver door to door (up to the unit). This may change per building covid restrictions. Although we understand that it could be very expensive to always buy your food outside so for longer staying guests with minimum 4 days, we can provide a small cooking set for 100 per day. Cooking set includes a knife, chopping board, a compatible medium frying pan, a compatible medium pot, cooking turners and ladles and lastly, the single burner electric induction cooker.
