Adelaide Hills Home away from Home

My home in beautiful Hawthorndene can be your home too! Located in the Adelaide Hills, a short walk from Blackwood Rail Station, which can take you directly to the city centre after winding it's way through the Hills. A cafe next door, as well as an Oval, Tennis courts, Parks, Playground, Lovely Nature, Koalas and Belair National Park just around the corner, you will love this place. Parking space as well in the safest suburb in Adelaide. Long term guests welcome for $200/week. This is a fairly simple room with a Queen sized bed. There is a bathroom next door with a bath included. This bathroom is shared by me and the house. There is a games room in the house with an old pool table and table soccer to enjoy. There is a bath in the bathroom as well as access to the kitchen, lounge room, balcony and Laundry facilities. I want you to feel at home in my home. I am happy for you to be left alone or you can spend time with me in the evening sharing travel stories or perhaps a game of 8-ball or a quiet drink. Hawthorndene is a beautiful, green and leafy town in the Adelaide foothills. Known for the natural surroundings and birds and wildlife, it is a short walk from Blackwood town centre where there all the supermarkets, chemists, bottle shops and other services you will need are just nearby. The city of Adelaide is only a 20 minute drive away and you can marvel at the views and nature as you descend from the hills. Hawthorndene is a place where the locals love to live and you cannot pass by anyone without saying hello. With a Blackwood station a short walk away, it is easy to get back and forth from the city centre of Adelaide with minimal fuss. Bus stops nearby can take you to Mount Lofty or towards the beach or many other suburbs. Driving is a pleasure in the Adelaide Hills as you are surrounded by nature wherever you go and congestion free roads let you focus on the pleasure of the journey. MacLaren Vale Wine Region is 30 minutes drive to the south with a beautiful drive through the hills to get you in the mood for Wine tasting. I work full time and have a busy life but I am happiest at home so am usually there in the evening. Please feel free to come and go as you please. I have an honest Mechanic friend that can fix your broken car!! In my home I have 2 bedrooms on airbnb as well as a campervan on airbnb too, so expect to meet other people when you stay with me.
