Paddocks View is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow that sleeps 5. There is free parking. It is situated in a quiet hamlet close to Cubert. it is a perfect place to relax and unwind as it is down a quiet country lane. The bungalow is a mile away from the stunning National Trust beaches of Crantock and Holywell bay and 4 miles from Newquay. There are great walks from right outside the front door. Activities such as surfing, coast steering and SUP are within easy reach at the local beaches. Paddocks View has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The main bedroom is a good size with a double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps three in a single bed and bunkbeds. Paddocks View has an open plan lounge dining area with seating for five plus a highchair which can be provided upon request (if available). There is a separate modern kitchen off this lounge/diner. This makes Paddocks View a perfect space for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, kettle and toaster. Paddocks View has its own entrance and outside there is a private sunny courtyard with seating for you to enjoy a meal, BBQ or just relax and unwind with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The outside area is enclosed and secure. There is a washing line in the outside area. We provide bath towels and bed linen. There is gas central heating. There is free parking on site and the accommodation has its own entrance. We are located on site. Check in is between 5-8pm, if you are arriving after this time we will make arrangements with you for keys to the property. Paddocks View is part of Treworgans Cottages, comprising of three separate properties, with Jasmine cottage and Bramley cottage on site that both accommodates three guests. Treworgans cottages can either be booked separately or as a whole and can sleep up to 11 guests. This makes Treworgans Cottages ideal for families or groups of friends. Treworgans Cottages has ample parking on site for guests. Local facilities: • Local shop in Cubert village for all your basic essentials. • Fish and Chip Shop in Cubert Village • Morrisons supermarket and petrol station is the nearest supermarket– Newquay (4 miles) • Restaurants and shops located at Crantock, Perranporth and Newquay - The very popular ‘Smugglers Den’ pub has great food and is a 30 minute walk away, a popular walk with locals and tourists alike. Treworgans Cottages are ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. As mentioned above we are a few minutes drive from the absolutely stunning National Trust beaches of Crantock and Holywell Bay and about 10 minutes drive from the tourist hub of Newquay. There are a number of great restaurants in all these locations and we will provide an information pack which includes details of our current favorite places to eat. All of the local beaches are surf beaches and the majority are life guarded in the summer months making them a good choice for families. Alongside the beaches, Newquay has a variety of things to do such as Newquay Zoo, Newquay Aquarium, cinema and Waterworld swimming pool. Treworgans Cottages are situated between the popular towns of Padstow and St Ives which are approximately 35-40 minutes drive in either direction. There is not currently Wi-Fi at Paddocks View, Treworgans Cottages as we have just purchased the properties but we hope to have this installed imminently. We might have no Wi-Fi but free waves and beautiful scenery. There is plenty of free parking on site in our private car park. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away which provides a service to the local area and further afield. If you don't want to get in the car there are lots of beautiful walks from the doorstep including a walk across the National Trust land of Cubert Common where skylarks can be spotted in the summer. Paddocks View is located in a small Hamlet called Treworgans. It is a beautiful quiet countryside location with the advantage of being only 1 mile from the beach. It is absolutely ideally situated to explore Cornwall and the local beaches are stunning. In the village there is a little village shop, gorgeous bakery (get there early for hot pasties), a fish and chip shop. The Smugglers Den pub serves delicious food and is located a five minute drive or 30 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive. At Treworgans Cottages we welcome you to have a food home delivery. Upon booking we will provide a guide for you of our favourite beaches and places to go for coffee and food. There is free parking on site. The easiest way to explore the local area is by car however there is also a public bus service. There is fantastic walks around the area and the South West Coast Path can be reached in around 30 minutes via the National Trust land of Cubert Common.
