You will be staying on 2 acres with an expansive backyard which includes play area for the kids (swings, climbing and nature), a hammock and the privacy of trees. Less than 30 minutes from Duke University, Elon College & University of North Carolina. Location! Location! Location! and charm. Guests will have their own private entrance to studio as well as access to the backyard and play area. I want my guest happy and comfortable so I am available by phone 24/7. Historic downtown Mebane is filled with wonderful treasures....charming shops, relaxing parks, cozy coffee spots and so much more to explore! Bus access near Cone Medical Building about 2 miles from home. Uber is available. Parking is off street under a huge mature Maple which provides ample shade. There are dogs on the premise however they do not have access to the tenants living area.
