Minutes from downtown Fennville & easy access to Saugatuck/Douglas & beaches. Above ground heated pool in season, hot tub, fire pit, playset. Two living rooms & open kitchen/dining. When you’re not taking in all the outdoors have to offer, unwind in front of the fireplace. Wifi, TVs with complimentary streaming, & laundry. Relax in the three-season sunroom or on the deck overlooking 10 private wooded acres with 200 year old white oak trees, abundant wildlife, and an above ground heated swimming pool (installed June 15 2019) and hot tub (new March 2020). Fire up the grill and throw some drinks in the cooler and soak in the sun. Inside, you can kick back in front of a fire and play games, read a book or enjoy a drink while you watch birds flock to the feeders. Modern smart home amenities throughout the home. Two living rooms, each equipped with a flat screen TV and streaming services. Full house music system, including outside speakers near the pool deck and hot tub. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet with private access to the hot tub and deck. Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Third bedroom has a lofted queen-sized bed and workspace. In addition to the three bedrooms, the sectional sofa in the family room opens into a queen-sized bed. Inflatable mattress is also available. Larger bathroom has a clawfoot tub, dual sinks and a separate shower. Open kitchen/dining area with plenty of counter space. We have everything you need to entertain and make a home-cooked meal. Short three minute drive to downtown Fennville and easy access to beach towns Saugatuck and Douglas. We take our guests’ health and safety seriously. We have an enhanced cleaning protocol that includes cleaning first and then sanitizing. Our cleaning crew is ventilating all rooms and using 24 hour disinfectant on all surfaces and running portable UV air purifiers while they clean.  All door handles and light switches are disinfected.  The cleaning supplies are per residence and aren’t shared with any other property.
