Note the sofa bed is not suitable for tall adults and is best for children. Also, the bedrooms are upstairs, which makes this house unsuitable for children under 5 years. Please specify bedding requirements when booking. Secure single undercover carpark included. The property has all brand new furniture including high quality beds through out. Ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining for 6 and lounge area opening up to a private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs. Two (2) minutes in the other direction is beautiful Whitmore Square and the quaint Wellington Hotel. Only a 30 minute walk into the city, as well as to many other iconic activities and locations, including: Adelaide Fringe Festival and WomAdelaide sites, Adelaide Aquatic Centre, Adelaide Zoo, Botanic Gardens, Art Gallery, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Museum, Childrens Hospital, the River Torrens and Adelaide City shopping. There is also a cinema, banks, chemists and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Public transport is very easy from the property (a couple of minutes walk to O'Connell Street), with a Free Connector Bus taking visitors every 15 minutes on a route throughout North Adelaide, as well as Adelaide CBD. Alternatively, there are regular buses that can take you just about anywhere in Adelaide. Taxis are readily available on O'Connell St. If you have a car it is only a 20 minute drive to the Adelaide Hills area with its wineries and pretty villages such as Hahndorf, Stirling and Crafers to name a few. The wineries of the Clare Valley and the Barossa are only an hours drive North and McLaren Vale wine growing area is just an hour to the south. Both bedrooms are located upstairs.
