There is a huge deck and great back yard that is completely fenced in. This is a very quiet, safe in-town neighborhood. The entire home is yours to enjoy. Relax in this charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath modern bungalow. There is a large 65” TV with local channels and Netflix. Enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace and heat if needed. There are queen beds in both bedrooms. Unwind with the double shower heads and jets in the ensuite bath. Have a ping pong tournament. Have coffee or cook out on the massive, private backyard deck. No large parties or gatherings are permitted. In the event of excessive noise or number of guests, you may be asked to leave. Full access to the entire home and back yard. The home is yours to enjoy. Please do not access the basement crawl space. It is just used for storage. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway and free street parking. We respect your privacy.
