Saint Vaast-en-Cambresis....Campagne near Cambrai

It is a 3 bedroomed /house/bungalow as the basement is used for storage. There is a good size conservatory/veranda. All windows being double glazed and have shatters. A very big well maintained garden. Very rural but very accessible to Cambrai, Valenciennes, Lille, Arras, Dunkirk, Belgium, Paris (2 hours away). The kitchen is fully equipped with also dish washer. It is a typical French house. The top is all the living (Website hidden by Airbnb) if it is a bungalow. The lower part is the so called sous-sol (type of basement) where is the washing machine, and the dryer(extra cost to use) and everything we do not need is stored there. There is one bathroom with shower over and toilet and one toilet separate. There is a very good size conservatory .. The guests access almost everything in the house except the sous sol (basement). There is a private walldrop in bedroom no.2 which should not be used as it is locked. If they will require to use the washing machine and or dryer we will provide access. There is a small fee to cover the cost of washing powder and electricity use only. €.6.00 per time for wash and dryer use. I will be in the house next door most of the time...joining gardens. I will help the guests with everything they need and make their stay enjoyable. Please ask if you need something or you are not happy with certain things in the house. Do not go away dissatisfied as I love my guests to enjoy their stay in the house. There are two houses opposite our house. Being at the end of the village, afterour house there are fields and good for long walks..The fields are planted in season with wheat, maize, sugar beetroots, burley... You need to have a car to go round. There is local public bus service but it is only mornings, lunch time and evenings. NO SMOKING inside the house please.
