The Villa has 12 beds in 2 twin apartments, both equipped with everything you need. The pool is shared with another villa of the same property where there maybe other guests! Villa for big groups or for 2 families of friends who want to stay in the same structure but have independent apartments; large equipped outdoor terrace; in front of the villa there is a garden equipped with umbrellas, tables and chairs; the pool contains sea water and is heated in spring and autumn by a solar thermal system.; from the pool there is a spectacular view of the Gran Sasso and the Gemelli Mountains, postcard sunrise and sunsets !. Outside there is a large square with games for adults and children, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue with an area equipped for dining. The villa has an exclusive garden and lounge area; the common areas are: the pool and solarium, jacuzzi, cervical fall, football table, ping-pong table and a big area that divides the two villas, oven and barbecue. We can rent bicycles. We personally owned and we deal with all that is needed to offer our guests a pleasant stay: the delivery of the keys, the cleaners, to the advice on itineraries, restaurants, shops and local events. An handbook in different languages will be delivered as they are reported to be the house rules that all the information necessary for shopping, restaurants, buying tipical products of Abruzzo , excursions, tours, wine tours, etc. In our country we produce an excellent olive oil and all guests can taste it, often we also have fruit and vegetables grown organically.
