Wonderful apartment: swimming pool, garden,veranda

POOL OPEN FROM 15/5 TILL 15/10 Air-conditioned three-room apartment in a quiet complex surrounded by greenery with 2 swimming pools (one of which is small for children). 4 beds in 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a single bed in one of them. Living room/kitchen with 1 sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, outdoor veranda with large sofa and large granite table. Additional equipment:TVsat, Wifi, dishwasher, microwave, iron. Private parking space.Market at 100 meters. In the garden there is a beautiful built-in barbecue, with sink and granite counter tops: it is available to guests of this apartment, who can use it in sharing with those in the adjacent apartment. The swimming pool is generally open from May 15th to October 15th. Guests can use it from 8am till 9pm. From 2pm to 4pm it is requested silence for afternoon sleeping. Starting from home you can reach in a few minutes some of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Sardinia: Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Capo Codacavallo. In 10 minutes you will find many other beautiful beaches: Porto Taverna, Isuledda, Cala Suaraccia, Le farfalle. At 100 meters walk there is a small market very well furnished with also newspapers, a rotisserie, a pizzeria and a beautiful caffetteria with outdoor tables where, if desired, you can have breakfast with delicius brioches or drinking a glass of fresh wine. In a few minutes by car you can reach the center of San Teodoro where you will find all the services and amusements of all kinds. During summerevenings the center of San Teodoro comes alive with the traditional market of COCLEARIA : over one hundred stalls, performances by street artists, events and cultural initiatives. Olbia’s harbour and airport are 20-25 minutes away by car. You can also catch the bus that stops 300 meters far from the house, coming from the airport or Olbia city center. During summer there is a shuttle bus service (“Beach Bus”) for all the beaches. Kitchen and table linen is included. Also a first change of sheets and bath towels is included. Additional changes can be requested for 8 euros per person.
