The house was bought in 2017 and is renovated and open with very nice interior. It has a nice terrace in front and along the side of the house with an outside shower. There is complete kitchen-ware & towels and bed linens are included. There's AC in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. ***AC must be switched off whenever you leave the house otherwise you'll be charged extra afterwards. Scooters are available for rent for an extra cost. Please let me now in advance. *Everything you need for your stay is available in the house. *Free WiFi and cable TV. *Whole house with garden I will be able to contact on Email or phone. *There are both locals and foreigners living in Khaolak Homeplace. *Its close (5-10 min) to Khukkak Beach with scooter or taxi. *There's a morning market with fruits and food open everyday, restaurants and 7eleven just 1-2 min away with scooter.
