This cozy house 75m2 in peaceful residential part of Maribor, will be your perfect starting place for exploring Maribor and its neighbourhood. Recently rennovated, but built in traditional central European style, it is perfect to host 3 adult persons (or a family with 2 children, we can provide toddler bed as well). It will keep comfortable temperature during Summer and Winter. House is located in green garden with secure parking space in a street with almost no traffic. House is equipped with a kitchen where you will be able to prepare a meal, with dishes and kitchen equipment. Washing machine is available, and the bathroom is completely new. 6 supermarkets are within walking distance (200-300m). If you like to run, you will be delighted with a nearby forest (300m) and there are 2 bikes available for you (at additional small cost). If you are driving, house is 8 min from the city center and 14 min to Pohorje cable car. If you are using public transport, bus stop is 150m from the house. We are living in a house just nearby, so we will be available for your needs as much as you like and need. Very quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood. You will love proximity of the forrest if you like to run, but also peaceful streets if you like to take a walk or use a bike. You will love green garden around the house. There are chairs and garden equipment for you to enjoy on a patio. If you would like to prepare BBQ, it is available for you. 6 supermarkets are within walking distance (200-300m). Maribor is a street very friendly for cyclists, whether you are cycling as a tourist or as a sport recreational cyclist. We will be able to recommend tours within or out of the city. Tourist tax for Maribor is 2,50 EUR per day for adults, 50% of that amount for 7-18 years old and free for children up to 7 years. We charge tourist tax in person, on your arrival.
