Chalet in the Dolomites

Recently renovated it has a large kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms and common room on the first floor. Outside there is a large lawn with beautiful views of the Primiero valley and the Pale di S. Martino. The chalet, with a long history and ancient origins - according to the oral tradition of the late fifteenth century, is located in one of the large and sunny meadows at the foot of the Pale di San Martino, with Cimerlo Mountain serving as a postcard. The surrounding forest will amaze and surprise you with its wealth each season. Inside the chalet - recently renovated in accordance with our traditions - maintains the characteristic scent of fir and larch wood; here you can find a warm and welcoming environment as well as a good selection of wines, a small bookcase and a fireplace that will brighten your stay. Guests will have access to all indoor and outdoor areas except the cellar and boiler room. In the surrounding area there are a few other rarely inhabited huts (the closest is about 50 meters), large flat meadows and fir, larch and beech woods. A few minutes by car there are some typical restaurants, the headquarters of the Paneveggio - Pale di San Martino Natural Park and the Canali Valley, a place of great naturalistic and landscape value. The nearest inhabited center (Primiero) - where all services are present - is 15 minutes by car (30 with snow). The chalet, located at 1275 metres above sea level, is a great starting point for walking and cycling through the woods and surrounding mountains, as well as for accessing climbing routes. For heating the main rooms there is a fireplace, while the entire structure is equipped with central heating with pellet boiler. Wood and pellets are included in the price as well as other expenses. A kilometer away there is a farm where you can buy bread and milk for breakfast.
