Our comfy spacious bedroom in exposed bricks house with nice front yard. It is just 10-15 minutes away from train station, bus stop and shopping plaza. Our comfy spacious bedroom is located in the front of the home. It is an exposed bricks home with modern living room and kitchen. It is warm during winter and cooling during summer in the house. This room has a large wardrobe, study desk and a chair. Heater and electric blanket will be provided during winter. Unlimited free wifi is available at all time. The backyard is also accessible and there are outdoor table and chairs which allow guests to chill or have meals outdoor. Guests may store food in the kitchen cupboard and fridge. Free parking is available on street. Parking on this premises is not permitted. We live nearby. Please do not hesitate to send me a text and I will reply as early as possible. If urgent, please call us. My neighbours are friendly, helpful and quiet. There are bus stops and train station by walking distance. There are shops in Castle Plaza, including Coles, Foodland, Target, cafés, restaurant, hungry jack's, banks, post office and other clothing and souvenir shops. Castle plaza is just 1.5km away from our home on South Road. There is also a park on the street. It is about 1-2 minutes walk from our home. There are direct buses and trains from Edwardstown to the city. If you're driving, it will only take 12-15 minutes to get to the city, beaches and airport. There are other guests in the house. Please feel free to get in touch with each other. Please always tidy up after using and be considerate for other users. Music is not allowed after 9pm. Loud music is prohibited always. Outsiders are not allowed to visit or stay in the premises. Parties are not permitted.
