Private King Bedroom between DC & Baltimore

Located between Baltimore, Washington DC, & Annapolis MD, this is a private bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom suite. The house is 1 mile from MARC trains to DC & Baltimore & a 20-min drive to Fort Meade. We're located on a quiet dead-end drive. There is a shared furnished kitchen with a dining area and a living room. There are 3 other rooms with bathrooms available (feel free to ask about them). The house is equipped with Verizon Fios dual-band WiFi. You will have access to the full first floor when multiple rooms are booked you may share the main floor with other guests. You have access to the laundry on the second floor where detergent and fabric sheets are available to you as well. You'll have your private bedroom with a king bed with a shared bathroom. You're welcome to use the shared kitchen, dining area, and living room. This house is located in a residential community with limited on-street parking; please do be smart about not blocking access to driveways or streets. This is a shared house, please be prepared for some noise. We try to keep everything quiet. We live on a narrow street which may be an issue for large trucks. You may have to walk a bit for parking. We love to answer questions and issues with text, so we're always around to offer suggestions for what to explore in the area. But your space is totally private and your privacy is important to us. Just contact us if you need anything! We’re in walking distance to downtown Laurel. There is Patuxant river trail nearby and Laurel Park and racetrack. This place is located 1 mile from the Marc train running between Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington DC. North Laurel Community Center and Laurel's main street contain buses that travel to the region. We're about 20 drive minutes to the closest Metro train in Greenbelt. There is a Weis grocery store within 20 min walk. We utilize outdoor cameras and security system to provide security and monitoring. These sensors are outdoors only.
