Double room close to Brands Hatch, Kent & M25

Modern double room with ample storage and television with Sky Q. (This is one of 2 double rooms available in the cottage). The character cottage was built in 1913 and has a cosy country charm. Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge or in the garden. Smoking is allowed outside. Guests are welcome to use all communal areas in the house. I enjoy welcoming guests and aim to make their stay as comfortable as possible, as well as added help with local information should they require. The kettle is ready and waiting for a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. The cottage is situated in a pretty village, there are two pubs within walking distance that both offer food. A recreation field close by and lovely walks along the River Darent. There is a Co Op store nearby open until 22.00 hours (21.00 on a Sunday), a Post Office and hairdresser close too. Bluewater Shopping Centre and the Dartford Crossing are about a 15 minute drive. Brands Hatch is no more than a 10 minute drive. LGW is a 40 minute drive. There is a country bus that runs throughout the day until early evening. The main line station to London Victoria is a 15 minute walk, or Dartford station (by car) takes you into London Charing Cross. Easy access to M25 (junction 3) M20 motorways & A20. There are dogs living in the house, they are very friendly and only have access to the lounge, kitchen and garden. You will receive a warm welcome from them too.
