Emerald Apartment

The apartment is located in the small coastal village of Krasici which is across the bay from Porto Montenegro. The apartment was completed in June 2016 so everything is new. It has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six people. There is a balcony, terrace , WIFI and modern kitchen. Outside is a communal pool , BBQ area and dedicated parking. Private parking accessed up a steep but manageable hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues but the compensation is great views. Guests can use the whole apartment with communal use of the pool and sauna. There is a large terrace and BBQ area. The road to the house is very steep. This is how the Montenegrins live they swim in the sea and build houses on the mountains. The road can be used in first gear and the parking is private and flat and the views are stunning The apartment is located in the small coastal village of Krasici which is across the bay from the luxury marina in Porto Montenegro. Just 20 minutes drive from Tivat airport and the Old Town of Kotor it makes a perfect base to explore the Lustica peninsular with its sandy beaches and charming fishing villages of Rosa and Bigova. Krasice also offers a great base to explore the beautiful towns scattered around the Kotor Bay area including Perast, Dubrota, Prcanj and Risan. In addition you can travel further to Budva or the National Parks of Lovcen, Durmitor or Lake Skadar.
