A place to come and unwind for a few days, whilst able to participate in activities as desired. We arrange (our own guide) some of the best trekking and snorkeling on the island. Read our reviews, (not just for this room) 5 star 99.9% complimentary “Taman Sari” is set in a village location enjoying the delights of Balinese culture yet enclosed by walls giving peace and privacy as desired. The property offers a unique experience for guests wishing to be part of the community yet enjoy the comforts of a large family home with swimming pool and modern amenities. Our neighbors are all hardworking Balinese folk who love to try out their English but will not worry you, trying to sell you anything. There are 3 rooms for rental; all air conditioned, with Queen sized beds and en suite bathrooms or shower room, hot and cold water. Breakfast and any additional meals and drinks are served in the thatched bar area situated beside the swimming pool. A car and driver can assist guests wishing to venture out and motorbikes and cars are available for rent. Airport collection and drop as well as onward destination travel can be arranged with our own driver. Trips to places of interest including hot springs, Buddhist temple, trekking to some of the best and rarely visited waterfalls and markets can be arranged in house with our friendly guide. Snorkeling or diving at Menjangan Island is also highly recommended and leaves daily from our home. Pick up for early morning dolphin trips leave our home daily subject to sea conditions. Great fiber optic free WI fi is available in all areas of our property. A large selection of films can be viewed in the bar area if required. Children are more than welcome and depending on age can share their parent’s room. The rooms can be seen, only a few meters from the bar area, so parents can safely relax whilst children sleep. Massage beside the pool can be arranged at short notice to let you totally unwind. MUSIC. In the past year or more we have been more than lucky to host many musicians including some professional and it’s been great to unwind in the bar area either playing live acoustic or listening to a selection of sounds from the internet whilst enjoying a drink and relaxed atmosphere beside the pool. This is spontaneous and is entirely up to our guests to decide how they wish to spend the evening. FOOD. We offer home cooked food to order and our Indonesian dishes have been highly recommended (see reviews). All meals are taken in the thatched bar area beside the pool. All tastes can be catered for including spicy, non spicy, vegetarian and raw foods. WE ARE “ALL FRIENDLY” AND JUST WANT YOU TO LEAVE HAVING ENJOYED YOUR STAY WITH US. As little or as much as required. Our neighborhood is a village enviroment with normal Balinese people going about their day to day business. Walking to the beach which is a working fishing village takes around 10 mins through rice fields. Lovina central with it's numerous bars and restaurants is about 5 mins drive. We can offer transport if requested. Motorbikes (recommended) and cars can be rented in house. This is a great place to come and relax for a few days and get away from the hassle of beach vendors, take organised trips to some of the best snorkelling in crystal clear waters or take your Padi open water diving course.
