Cosy house for up to 9 persons at Lake Traunsee

You sleep in a pretty house on half an acre large estate directly on Lake Traunsee in Altmünster just 100 feet away from the shore and can jump into the lake for a refreshing bath right after waking up. Enjoy your breakfast on the shaded patio with lake view or at the covered lounge on dock with space for up to 9 persons. You have private and undisturbed access to the lake on our pebble beach or the spacious jetty . Living area appr. 1.200 sqft. Covered lakeside patio with sun protection and seats for up to 9 persons. Living room with spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 9 persons. Bedrooms for 9 persons: two double bedrooms, a room for youngsters with 2 bunk beds (4 full-size beds) and a single bedroom. 2 Bathrooms, 2 toilets (one of them separated from bathroom). Enjoy your breakfast on the shaded house terrace with lake view or at the covered seating area at the jetty with room for up to 9 people. Bring your own boat in the pre-season (motor boat lock only July + August) and moor it at a professional mooring directly at the jetty (up to 1.10m draught), at the house's own buoy or slip it at the small slipway next to the boathouse. Recreation: - Bathing - Badminton - Boccia/Boules - Board games/ playing cards - Frisbee - various balls (volleyball, football and waterball) The boathouse can also be rented for an extra charge (300€/week) and includes the following (water) sports equipment: - 1 rowing/fishing boat (app. 12 ft) - 2 SUP boards - 1 surfboard (without sail - for paddling) - 2 mountain bikes - Table tennis table + rackets Other: - Full HD/3D TV (42') with Bluray/DVD player - unlimited internet access via WiFi - Weber charcoal kettle grill with complete accessories - permanently freshly mowed lawn by Husqvarna-AutoMower (works at night and silently) We live 80km from the lake and will only be on site when handing/taking over. However, a neighbour looks after the house and can help if necessary. We are available by mail or phone for questions or problem solving.
