Apartment in the Countryside

This is the right place for people who enjoy peaceful nature. Our beautiful apartment can accomodate 2-4 people and families. We have a great view and the location is ideal for excursions all over the island. The distance to the city is only 6 km. The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with sofa bed, Satellite Smart-TV, kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator. The bedroom has a double bed with Cocomat Comfort mattress. Bedding, fresh towels and soap are provided. Cleaning once a week is included. It is very nice and relaxing with us. The house is located high up the mountain and we have a wonderful view over the island. Our family lives in this place: My husband, my 15 year old daughter and me. And also our cats. We have plenty of space and absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed! The pool, garden and barbecue area are available to our guests at any time. Important plus point: The distance to the capital of the island is only 6 km, ideal for nights out. And to the beautiful sandy beaches of the west coast it is just a 15 minute drive! The location in the center of the island is also an ideal starting point to explore the island. Important for the winter months from November to March: Our apartment is equipped with heating, included in the price. Even in these months Corfu has a pleasant climate with up to 24 degrees during the day and at night around 10 degrees. And on rainy days in winter you can just relax or make a romantic stroll in the city. Our guests can stay in the entire garden area and use the pool. The pool is open from May 1st. There is also a barbecue and more seating and sun beds. In total we rent two holiday apartments: This apartment and another studio for 2 persons. I will be available when needed and happy to give advice on your holiday in Corfu. In 2019 the Orthodox Easter is on April, the 28th. Don't miss the chance to experience the famous Greek Easter festivities on Corfu island. I recommend you to rent a car or a motorbike. Otherwise, there is a bus stop on the main road - 700 m - , buses leave every 30/ 60 minutes to Corfu-town, and from there in all directions on the island. Opposite the bus stop on the main road there is a supermarket and close by a tavern with traditional food! The distance to the beautiful sandy beaches on the west coast is about 12 km, and to the city 6 km. Footpath to the village Gastouri and Achilleon Palace 30 minutes. Many hiking trails in the area. You can also walk to the city, about 60 minutes, passing a bridge at the airport (sensational view of landing aircrafts) and the famous Mouse Island.
