A quiet street in the eastern foothills with gully breezes in the summer and fresh blue skies in winter. Comfortable bedroom in my home with own adjacent bathroom. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen & tranquil surrounds. Close to services and park lands Within 10 minutes you can choose to be in our beautiful hills- exploring history , antiques, great food and wine! Or go west down to the beach and enjoying a stroll, a swim followed by fish and chips! Own bedroom & bathroom, communal lounge, kitchen, back garden with BBQ. Space in fridge/freezer to store perishables. Fresh eggs from chickens! Host's bedroom, study and workspace off limits. Interaction is as much or little as guests need. Happy to assist with sightseeing ideas and plans. The host will be around during guests stay Very quiet, lovely homes with gardens and trees. close to parkland, hills, walks. Eateries including: Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Bakeries, Burgers, shops and supermarkets Coffee spots- 'Here and Now' my favourite next to Aldi, Hibernia, Long Lost Friend and others i can recommend. Very easy to get around, walking, car or public transport. 2 minutes walk to the bus, into the city in 12 minutes. Shops and parks and recreational activities very accessible Close to National parks including Morialta falls and Blacks Hill, Waterfall Gully with lovely walks. Wineries and local food produce to explore. Excellent local eateries and coffee shops
