The room is located on the ground floor of a one-family house. Twin-room with two individual beds. The room has a balcony. Shower/toilet for the guests of both rooms (there is another single-room) and kitchen to share between the guests and the host-lady. Internet WIFI. Without meals. Use of washing machine CHF 20.-/month. Parking available. On the same floor the owner has her office but the clients have their own toilet. The owner just uses the kitchen to prepare coffee and tee. Bus-stop Oberwil can be reached in 5 minutes walking, tram-stop Oberwil in 5-10 minutes. Im Kanton BL bezahlen alle Gäste eine Gast-Taxe von CHF 3.50/Nacht, welche für einen Aufenthalt von maximal 30 Nächte berechnet wird. Die Gäste erhalten dafür ein Mobility-Ticket, welches die unentgeltliche Benützung der ÖV im gesamten Gebiet der TNW erlaubt. Ab 1.4.2018 wird Airbnb diese Gebühr einkassieren und an Baselland Tourismus weiterleiten. Wir werden Ihnen das Ticket via print@home zustellen.
