Downstairs guestroom with a semi ensuite and wardrobe. Bus stop - 10 minute walk. Shops - 10 minutes drive. Easy access to Southern motorway. Airport is only 20km Hunua ranges East Coast Beaches only 30 min away. House is on a new, safe and quiet development and sits next to a park. Home to a couple and adult son. Also have a friendly toy poodle who is very dog treat driven and spends most of her time in the upstairs bedroom. She is kept out of the guest room. We are available to help with any local info and travel tips . We enjoy meeting new people, but also respect the need for privacy. Bruce Pulman Lodge is a quick stroll down the road, and there are lots of public parking spaces available around the area. Shops are a 10 minute drive away, with easy access to Southern motorway.
