This very modern, spacious and nicely decorated house, with lots of light, on the ground floor has a large living area, which consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which offers a nice view of the pool, and furthermore there is a living room with fireplace. On the upper floor of the house there are two comfortable rooms. There are private bathroom with shower and toilett. In the outer part of the house is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, next to which you can enjoy throughout the day, whether you are swimming in it, or sunbathing next to it. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, for socializing in the evening with grilled specialties and the occasional glass of good wine.
