At the Base of the Alpine Trail, 30 ft from the North Fork River, in the Heart of the Willamette National Forest, you'll find the Westfir Lodge & Mountain Market. The perfect place for basing your adventure in the Cascades and we offer the only ride-in ride-out accommodations in Westfir-Oakridge. A 9 guest room Lodge with private guest rooms includes a European style breakfast. The guest room is located on the main floor of the Lodge. It includes one queen bed and a private bathroom with shower in the hallway. The Westfir Lodge was the original office from the Westfir Lumber Co. built in 1925. It has since been converted into a BNB for the past 30 years. We are a outdoor recreation hub, offering a cozy place to rest after a day of activity. The Lodge has two common areas on the main floor, with 9 guests rooms located over two floors. Coffee, tea and a European style breakfast is offered daily between 8-9am. The Mountain Market offers beer & wine, coffee, baked goods and homemade snacks. Artisan crafts, artwork and goods during the summer season. We have several outside and inside areas to relax and enjoy. Our patio overlooking the longest covered bridge in Oregon is a great place to enjoy a beer or glass a wine from the Mountain Market. The gazebo hidden under 100 year old fir trees offers shade in the warm summer days. We have a great room with cozy couches surrounding the fireplace for cooler evenings. The yoga room offers a place to stretch or drink coffee while overlooking the covered bridge. We are usually available by text or phone with in a few minutes to answer any questions you may have. May-September we have staff available from 8am- 6pm at the Lodge. Located in some of the best recreation in Oregon, we are at the base of the famous mountain bike trail, Alpine Trail and just minutes from hiking, fishing and skiing. Just five miles from Oakridge, we are close to restaurants yet off the beaten path. Just 35 miles outside of Eugene, Westfir is a great place to relax and explore the outdoors without the crowds. There is a daily public bus route from Eugene, that drops off/picks up right at our door. Bike friendly. Oakridge is just 4 miles from the Lodge offering a variety of restaurants, stores and a bike shop.
