Downtown modern house with garden enjoyment

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy. Pets are allowed during the stay, please let me know when you make the reservation if you are bringing a pet. We ask that they not be allowed on the furniture including beds. The backyard is fenced and there is a large dog door that can be shut or opened. The two gates have some gaps allowing a small dog that has the desire could get through. I am a phone call away and also monitor my phone and AirBnB email constantly. The house is situated in Old North Davis. It is considered the first suburb of Davis though it is only across 5th street from the downtown. I have loved living here as it is an older neighborhood so it has character, it is quiet, and yet close to so much. So much is so close that walking is a great option. The Davis Food Coop is only 4 blocks away, and there are so many restaurants and quaint stores downtown. There are 55 miles of bike paths in Davis. There are quite a few bike shops in town where you can rent bikes. All of them are great and are a short walk away. There are both a UCD bus system and a Yolo County bus system, information about each is online. And another great option is taking Amtrak into Sacramento or to the Bay Area. The Amtrak station is only 8 blocks away.
