Recently refurbished, very simple and cozy, has a kitchen now. Plenty of nature, vineyards and good vibes, ideal for mind, body and spirit ! Indipendent apartment with heating, stowe, wi-fi, in charming countryside. It used to be a barn; recently refurbished as an apartment. In the ground floor is the living room and the bathroon with shower. Upstairs is a main bedroom with double bed; possibility to add 1 extrabed for adult. There's a little kitchen in the barn, and mine is available just nearby if you have any special needs. Free wi-fi connection. 30 minutes drive from the city center. Car is needed to reach location since nearest public transport is 5 km away. Good connection with public buses or trains to main city of Bologna (20 to 30 min), and 20 min drive from/to Guglielmo Marconi Airport. Friendly atmosphere. Dogs, cats and horses welcome. Ideal for walkers or just for being out of the crowd. Not to miss : NATURAL PARKS In the greenest Region of Italy you will find 2 national parks, the Park of the Casentinesi Forests, Monte Falterona and Campigna and that of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 1 interregional park, 14 regional parks and nature reserves. PO DELTA PARK The Po Delta Park in Emilia-Romagna, more than 128,494 acres among the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna, is one of the most important wetlands in Europe with ecological and landscape features including the languid atmosphere that makes it one of a kind. THE PO RIVER IN THE LOWLANDS The Po River flows for more than 100 kilometers in the area around Piacenza, delineating the western boarder of Emilia Romagna. It unites history and landscape as it runs through the region before emptying out into the Adriatic Sea, crossing through the lands around Reggio Emilia, full of exquisite little towns. SPORT FISHING UNDER THE LION'S HEAD Along the slopes of Monte Comero, the complex geological history of the Alta Valle del Savio dug out three ravines which today are known as Lungo Lake, Pontini Lake and Acquapartita Lake. The three mirrors of water are relaxing places, and a true paradise for sport fishing fans. The stairs are kind of steep..see the photo, not suitable for those who have mobility problems or little kids. I live nearby and will make my best to help you for any matter. If you wish having breakfast in my patio or kitchen - depending on the weather- you are welcome. The neighborhood is...countryside! Excellent local wine cellar nearby . Local cuisine restaurant at about 30min walk and other excellent restaurants from 5 to 20 min drive. It's a very quiet spot... just the sound of nature Public transport arrive at 6 km from the barn.
