=The Beachwood Suite is a private room in the Sterling House. 5 minute walk to town. A beautiful view of Crescent Beach and the cliffs from your air conditioned room. A private entrance to a large room with king size bed, private bath with shower. A new patio was added in Fall 2020 providing a place for morning coffee and evening wine. Room is part of larger home & can be rented with apartment for 6. Amenities include: Fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, wifi. Room is on end of larger home, with sound proofing dry wall. Private entrance and dedicated outdoor seating. King size bed, seating area inside. Room can be rented with Sterling Main Apartment (sleeps 6). Quiet neighborhood. Welcoming space. This large home has 2 rental spaces and the owner lives in a small apartment between the 2 space. Beachwood is quiet and private. The Sterling Main Apartment entrance is behind a fence on the opposite side of the home. Both spaces are private. Owner lives on site and is available for assistance when needed, otherwise guests are afforded their privacy! Beachwood Suite at Sterling House is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 1/4 mile out of town up High Street. The neighbors are quiet and it is a mix of year round residents and summer rentals. There is parking available for 1 car. A bike rack is also available for renters and biking is a great way to get around the Island. Taxi's can be arranged. Mopeds are not allowed on unpaved roads on the Island. This property has a 3 night minimum. Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is 11 AM and luggage storage is available.
