Cottage by Saginaw Bay

This is a great time of year as the leaves change and we move into fall. Walks in Bay City State Park (0.5 miles away) are spectacular and the cottage is on a cannel with access to Saginaw Bay. You see the bay from the yard. It is in a peaceful area and near downtown Bay City, Frankenmuth, Midland and West Branch for dining, shopping and entertainment. as well. This is an ideal location for relaxing, fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities. You will feel the stress melt away. You will have access to the entire home. Parking is included and there is a. Boat ramp 0.5 miles away on River Road and within the subdivision . Small boats can be docked in the canal and the bay is five minutes away. Parties are not allowed but small gatherings up to 6 are acceptable. young children will need to have constant observation when in the back yard as the canal is open with steep sides. There is a full kitchen in the house and the washer and dryer will be open. Coffee is available as well as condiments in the refrigerator and spices in the rack. Food and alcohol is private stock and not available I will be available by phone and in person if needed The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful. Small town community feel. The best ways to get around are by car, bicycle or walking. In addition there is are a few local restaurants near by and a golf course within a mile. Bay City State park is within 0.5 miles and is a destination for birders from around the world. The nature center has a well constructed representation of the history of the area and geography of the Saginaw River basin.
