The apartment features a comfortable king size bed, 55 inch television, hi-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop and convection oven (must bring your own foodstuffs such as spices and oils), beverage center with mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, and a bonus bedroom for exercising, chillin' while cooking or storing luggage out of the way. The lower level of the house, including the patio are exclusive to guests. The deck above the patio is for use by the host. Off street parking is available in the front of the house upon request. Available, if needed. Guests have complete privacy. Nearby grocery stores, Walmart, Ross, Chick-Fil-A, Tropical Smoothie, Firehouse Subs and Starbucks. Stores and restaurants within 10 minutes either South or North. Regional park is 10 minutes walking. 35 minutes to most Washington DC attractions and 13 minute drive to Metro station and five minute drive to park and ride for bus ride to Metro station.
