The accommodation comprises of a ground floor double bedroom with a shower room and two toilets. Breakfast is provided on Saturday and Sunday mornings only. Without breakfast the cost is £77.50 per night. Woodlands is situated just behind the New Inn Appletreewick and is one of the most private houses in the village with over 2.5 acres of trees for you to wander around. You will also have secure parking and stabling for road bikes, mountain bikes or motorcycles in the Mountain Bike Livery. The Dales Way Walk is just ten minutes away and the Way of the Roses Coast to Coast Cycle Route passes through the village. For those attending weddings and functions at the Craven Arms Cruck Barn we are within five minutes walk of the Craven. The Red Lion and Devonshire Fell Hotel in Burnsall are five minutes drive away and the Tithe Barn Bolton Abbey is 15 minutes drive time. The property has the benefit of Fibre Broadband direct into the house with speeds of 74 Mb Download and 21 Mb Upload. You will have access to: your bedroom, a second toilet, secure parking, the Mountain Bike Livery, a private Nature Reserve and for breakfasts you will also have access to the dining room. I will be around on most evenings and I provide breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings only. The area is rich in short walks, cycle routes and mountain bike trails. We have two pubs in the village and in the neighbouring village of Burnsall there are two more licensed outlets together with the Riverbank Coffee Hut and a Tearoom. There is a limited local bus service and a local private hire driver.
