Beachhouse - sea view and oceanfront in Lomma

The house is located in cozy Lomma and overlooks the Öresund Bridge and Malmö's landmark Turning Torso. From here you have the perfect starting point to visit southern Sweden (Skåne) and Copenhagen. Or why not just hang out, barbecue and enjoy the view from the roof terrace and sunset down on the beach. A perfect house for the family or two couples traveling together! Social areas on the lower level with kitchen and kitchen island where you can sit and eat. Open floor plan to living room with dining area. Patio at the back with table, chairs and barbecue. One bedroom and one bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and exit to the roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea, the Öresund Bridge and Malmö. A bathroom. Full house. Lomma is a society in between Malmö and Lund, right at the sea, with 25 000 inhabitants. You have easy access, with walking-distance, to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and more. The sea and beach is just 100 metres from the house so it is easy to enjoy your morning, day or night swim... :) Step out of the house and you can walk along the sea and beach to the marina. Have dinner at "Slaktaren" (the butcher) in the centre or buy your own meat and bring home. Sit down in the harbor and have a dinner at Fiskboden, the local fish restaurant that also sell fish and seafood for take-away. When the kids want ice-cream, take them to the local ice-cream factory. You have easy access to the bus or train that takes you to Malmö (8 minutes) and Lund (15 minutes). From Malmö you have the train to Copenhagen, door-to-central Copenhagen in about an hour. Bedlinen and towels at a charge of 200 kr per person and week.
