Bright Cosy Single room in elegant home & garden

Top to bottom newly redecorated. Bright, Spacious and elegant. Open space kitchen diner gives onto a south facing garden. The bedroom is cosy and quite girly like the rest of the house. Note that the bed is made to measure to fit the length of the wall. The memory mattress is wider than a single bed (1 metre instead of 90 cm) but 2 cm (1 inch) smaller in length than a standard one so not suitable for very tall nor heavy people. If working from home please do so quietly from your bedroom. Crisp white luminous, spacious, a tad girly and very serene! I think you will like this peaceful little haven of peace. No smoking/vaping anywhere and anytime on the premises. Luminous happy open space kitchen diner living. Note: 1. You can use the kitchen ONLY in parsimony as we are often 3 people using it. And I am not strong on cooking smells! 2. It is also imperative that each one of us cleans the kitchen and puts the dishes away, immediately after the cooking is done. 3. There is a bathroom with a toilet upstairs which you will be sharing with me and an other Airbnb guest. There is also a seperate toilet downstairs. 4. No pets and No smoking nor vaping will be allowed at anytime anywhere on the premises (indoors and outdoors). I am as happy to socialize with you as I am, leaving you in peace. Note that I work from home. I take all my clases (pilates, arabic, Breton) and do all my teaching online on the dining table downstairs. Both Airbnb room have a desk, so I ask my guests to work from their room in a quiet manner. I feel privileged to live in this friendly peaceful and quiet multi racial community. The New Ham park is 1 min walk away from the house, and we have a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, 15 min walk away, in the Stratford Center and in Westfields. My place is just over 15 mn walk from Stratford station and 20mn walk from Stratford International ( which is 7 mn by train from St Pancras) Stratford is very accessible by overground, central line and jubilee line, DLR and buses galore. As everything is brand new and all the flooring upstairs and downstairs white, I ask everyone to use indoor shoes in the house. (indoor shoes, flipflop, sandals, slippers. whatever is confortable as long as it is not used outside (for hygienic reasons). This is a no pet, non smoking/vaping property (inside and in the garden). All guests are to work from their bedroom as quietly as possible. I have parking permit for 6h (£3), 10h (£4) or 24h (£7).
