It is an apartment in our summer house with a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is on the second floor fully separated and with private entrance and balcony. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with one single bed, a living room with a sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, utility etc) and a bathroom. It has direct access to the clear blue sea: a) on a private beach (right in front of the house) or b) various organized beaches in approximately 100m from the house. The house offers a garden where guests can enjoy. There are plenty parking spaces free of charge in front of the house. Preveza city is only 15 min and the Aktion airport is 20 min away by car or bus. Lefkada Island is only 30min away. Parga, Syvota (excellent sea side villages) can be reached in 40 min. Igoumenitsa port (with access to Corfu and Paxoi Island) is about an hour away. Ioannina city is an hour and half away and the Zagoroxoria villages about two hours away by car. We are happy to host guests in our beach house and offer excellent vacations. At your disposal throughout the duration of the stay. Our neighborhood is a quite pleasant place to stay. It offers a long beach of white sand. Restaurants, minimarkets and cafes are all reached by feet. The overall region of Preveza has much to offer for sightseeing and archeological areas (such as Nicopolis). For your better convenience in order to explore areas in the region of Preveza it is better to have a car. If you only wish to have a restful vacation all you will need can be reached in our neighborhood in 5 min walk.
