The art studio is a secluded space with off-road parking from a private lane set within a farm, 3miles from Royal Tunbridge Wells. Access is through a well tended cottage garden, with use of a fire pit, gas bbq & fusbol table. It’s a professionally designed & comfortable space with a king size bed, log burner, flat screen TV. The space is easily converted into an art and yoga studio with exercise mats, equipment provided A little sanctuary set in the pristine forest above The Eridge Rocks, renowned among rock climbers, ramblers and bird watchers. Originally designed as an art & yoga studio, it is the perfect romantic hideaway, with a collection of original artwork and vintage furniture. It is a cosy eclectic open-plan space set within the forest. The fire pit with its comfortable outdoor seating is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the local area with it’s beautiful walks or soaking up the buzz and cafe culture of nearby Royal Tunbridge Wells Your privacy is important to us., so we will leave you alone to enjoy your stay however we are available to answer any of your questions or provide assistance. A tranquil oasis with direct access to the Eridge rocks and the forests of East Sussex Wildlife Trust and RSPB, you can enjoy the beautiful walks and bird life or take a more rigorous ramble across the walking trails on the surrounding farm. An easy and pleasant 10min walk via the wooded lane brings you to the Neville Crest & Gun pub on the Eridge Road and the Huntsman pub, much loved by the locals, is 1.6miles away. It’s located next to the quaint Eridge Train station, an easy 50min train ride from London Bridge and great place to hop onto the famous Spa Railway Steam train. The vibrant historical town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a short 3 mile journey, with its boutique shops, galleries, cafes, fine dining and fabulous Trinity Theatre. During the summer months Jazz evenings can be enjoyed al fresco on the historical Pantiles. A visit to our much loved local Fuller’s farm shop is always worth it with its fresh produce, honeys, cheeses and specialist butcher for those evenings around the bbq Access Tunbridge Wells is a short 3 mile drive or bus ride, with a local bus stop located at the bottom of our lane. A leisurely bus trip provides access to the coastal towns of Lewes and Brighton and make for great day trips. We are located 3 miles from Tunbridge Wells, which is a 45 min train ride from London Bridge or 55 min from London Charing Cross, making it an easy day trip for sightseeing in London In order for us to provide a high level of service to our guests, we request that self check-in in on the day of your booking is any time after 2:30pm and check-out on your departure day is by 10:00am. If you require to do a bag drop before the check in time / after check out time, please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
