Beautiful Umbrian Holiday country house with pool

Our confortable country home is in a unique Umbrian setting of rolling hills and olive orchards and has its own pool. Located on the outskirts of the medieval town of Perugia it is just a short drive away from other medieval jewels such as Assisi and Gubbio. It is a short 20 minute drive from Perugia airport which is served by Ryan Air and about a two hour drive from Rome, Bologna and Ancona airports. Agriturismo Casamanza is located in the midst of the peaceful Umbrian countryside, just in the outskirts of the medieval town of Perugia and enjoys a splendid panorama of Assisi and Mount Subasio. It is a two floor stone building surrounded by olive orchards and offers 6 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with a fireplace, large indoor and outdoor living and recreational areas which include a fully equipped pool area, and a separated laundry area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house is surrounded by open and covered cotto and stone patios, lawns and flowered gardens, and is equipped with a barbeque area. A stone path leads to the beautiful swimming pool area which overlooks the surrounding countryside. The city of Perugia is famous for its July Umbria jazz festival, and its proximity to Assisi and the other Umbrian medieval cities. It is a Ryan Air destination. . The residence is a pleasant and relaxing holiday base for couples, families and groups of friends. It is also ideal for residential courses, wedding and birthday parties. The Agriturismo can be booked either as a whole or sometimes, on a single room B&B basis. Listed costs are for the whole house (sleeps 12). Guests have access to the pool of the country house and to its lovely grounds. Our own home is 300 meters from the country house so we are immeadiately available for any of our guest needs We are surrounded by rolling Umbria hills and olive orchardsand have a view on Assisi. The heart of the city of Perugia is only 5 km away and beautiful umbria medieval towns such as Assisi and Gubbio are all a short drive away. Our house is in the country side and a car is needed to access it.
