Beautiful cottage just an hour away from NYC. We are located next to the Ferry to Fire Island! Enjoy Fire Island as well as restaurants, wineries, and breweries in on Long Island. Perfectly located in Patchogue Village, steps away from the Fire Island ferry and minutes from the train station. Our cottage sleeps 4 people with two bedrooms and one bath. Pillows, sheets and light blankets are provided. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and AC window units in every room. Modern design featuring art from a local artist. We offer multiple work from home stations including a desk, table, and front office (perfect for working from home). Two sitting areas inside. Newly renovated bathroom with spa shower. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and includes pots, pans, and cooking accessories. The deck outside features a grill, dining table, lounge area, fire pit, shade, and a large backyard. After the beach clean off in our outdoor heated shower. Free parking 2 cars max. We are dog friendly and welcome your furry friends! Guests have access to the entire house, backyard and deck! Owner will be available via phone/ app during your stay. We are located next to the Ferry to Fire Island! You can enjoy the most beautiful beaches Fire Island has to offer as well as the excitement/ connivence of Patchogue. If you don't feel like taking the Ferry you can drive to the small town beach, Corey Beach, located 7 mins away. You can take a drive to get to two beaches on Fire Island, Smith Point Beach (20mins) or Robert Moses (30mins). If you want a break from the beach we are within walking distance to the town pool. Patchogue has many restaurants and bars to offer on Main Street only 7mins away from the house. The bars are very lively on the weekend if you enjoy going out! We do have a restaurant/bar within walking distance to the house, Drift 82. 1hr from NYC by car, 1.5hrs - 2hrs by LIRR. The LIRR train station is a 15 min walk from the house or 3 min car ride. Walk 3mins to the Ferry from the house and save on parking! The village with many restaurants and breweries, is only 7mins away by car. Rental bikes are offered nearby.
