Cosy 12 m2 room in an quiet old farm house. Own Bathroom across the corridor. Located next to a forest with a beautiful view over the valley of Niederanven Kirchberg 10min by car. Airport less then 10min Bus stop 2 min walk - Kirchberg (20min) or the City (30min) – every 30min The room has a double bed (140), work area, coffee area, wardrobe, TV and Wifi. In general the room is equipped for one person. The view is onto the valley and the room is away from the street. The bathroom has to be shares with the adjacent guest room. My guests are invited to use my terrace to chill out after a hard day work, with a glass vino or a smoke. Lots of forest walks and cycle path Swimming pool /Wellness Area 5min Shopping mall - 5min Golf course 15 min away Restaurants in walking distance Car: Kirchberg 10min by car Airport less then 10min – with no airplane noise pollution. Bus : For FREE Bus stop 2min walk away - "Beim Besch" - #120 goes straight to Airport (10min) and Gare/Centre (25min) - #109 goes straight to Kirchberg Other quests and family members are in the house and noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am out of respect to the others.
