Both rooms have wonderful views of the countryside & partial sea views. The house is approx a half mile from Broadsands beach &. Combe Martin, 4 miles to Ilfracombe, 0.5 miles to the coastal path with close proximity to Exmoor & long sandy beaches. It is a 3 min walk to the olde worlde pub in the picturesque village of Berrynarbor which also boasts an excellent village shop run by volunteers. My 5 bedroomed house is detached. 2 bedrooms are available to guests with access to a dining room, a terrace, lawned garden & off road parking. Guests have access to the dining room, the terrace, garden and off road parking. I will do everything I can to make your stay enjoyable and to help you with directions and suggestions of places to visit. Please don't hesitate to ask me me any questions We are located in a very picturesque village. After only a 3 minute walk you will find a friendly olde worldly inn which serves good pub food. There are 2 more eateries within walking distance. The surrounding scenery is fabulous with many amazing walks. The Coastal Path is only half a mile away. A couple of miles from the village is a clay pigeon shooting club and a quad bike centre. Combe Martin Wildlife Park is approximately 3/4 miles away. After 15 mins drive is a small 18 hole golf course with driving range, indoor badminton, table tennis and archery. There is also a golf club in Ilfracombe, 5 mins drive away. After a 5 minute walk, there is a bus stop with buses running every half hour to Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and beyond.
