Mr Percy's Place sleeps 2- 8 guests in a beautiful period property in the historic city of Bath. It's period features and stunning views capture the essence of "Georgian living" in Bath. You will have sole use of the property, it comes with 2 (or more, depending on guest numbers) bedrooms in a large 5 storey house. The top floors with further bedrooms are not included but can be added if you are a larger group and there would be additional fees in this event. There are a total of 6 bedrooms. This is the perfect way to indulge in Georgian splendour using just 2 bedrooms but all other living accommodation in a large Georgian property in the historic city of Bath. The house is for your exclusive use. If you require more bedrooms (6 available with 18 beds) this can be arranged at a price accordingly. Your booking gives you sole access to this wonderful house. Set over 4 floors there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom). All have period features and beautifully laundered sheets and towels. The well equipped kitchen, includes a Jura bean to cup coffee machine for that all important first cup of the day. Plus there is a wonderful grand dinning room and spacious comfortable living room for you to relax in. Guests also have access to their own private garden at the back of the property. Francesca manages the bookings and I will greet you and show you around, leave you with keys and answer any questions. I am contactable throughout your stay if you have any questions. Conveniently situated on the west side of Bath, the bustling London Road has several nice bars that you may like to try. There is a large supermarket 5 minute walk away and Bath city centre is a 10 minute walk. The river and canal are behind the house and offer lovely walks.
