Large 3 Bedroom cottage, In the centre of Cornwall

Welcome to The Cottage, which was built in the 17th Century and we are inspired by the tradition and integrity of the building. This is reflected in our rustic design with a modern twist. Our aim is to make guests feel at home during your stay and enjoy the property like we have. We do not accept Pets sorry. Guests have full access to The Cottage Living Room One Double Sofa and two arm chairs for relaxing by the Wood Burning stove after a day out exploring what Cornwall has to offer. Smart TV and Board games are also available. Dining Room Oak Table and Slate tableware in keeping with our traditional Cottage. Perfect area to dine with the family. Kitchen Well equipped modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. All your basic kitchen essentials are available. Bedroom 1 Double Bed fitted within an alcove with the perfect lighting for a relaxing evening. TV with freeview wall mounted and large built in wardrobe with full length mirrors and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 Double bed with two bedside cabinets and lamps. Hanging rail and baskets for storage of your belongings. Located next to Main family bathroom. Bedroom 3 Two Single beds. Rustic floorboards and a dressing area within an alcove give this room its unique features. TV with freeview wall mounted. Downstairs Shower room Modern large shower Enclosure with toilet, wash basin and mirror. Family Bathroom Large Bath with wash basin toilet and Towel Rail. Guests have full access to all rooms in the property apart from two Cupboards, one on each floor as these are private, and used for storing cleaning supplies. These Cupboards are easily identified as off limits as they have small padlocks. Guests also have access to the patio area adjacent to the property beside the garage, but do not have access or use to the garage itself. We like to give our guests privacy during their stay, but are on hand should there be any problems or need for help. We use a key lock box for self check in. Please do keep contact to your host within reasonable day time hours unless of course of an emergency. We have provided a guest book that contains our recommendations of visits and places to eat etc for your viewing. Idyllic Cornish Village, filled with friendly residents and visitors due to the many local walks and sightseeing routes from our doorstep. Parking is available on street, and there are plenty local amenities near by. Large supermarket within a 3 minute drive, and the main A30 road is 5 minutes away from the tucked away location of the property. Very Central location and hub which is ideal to travel to many popular attractions. Parking is readily available on street. Please do not block access to neighbours driveways and properties. Floor levels do vary throughout the property due to the traditional construction so please do bare that in mind. Patio area is adjacent from the property and is not directly attached, it is not accessible from the house itself, just a note for the parents with children.
