Chic, Clean + New! 3-bed House near Lancaster

Ideally located between the 3 spectacular parks of The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales & The Forest of Bowland, our new 3-bed house is the perfect pied-a-terre for your holidays. Conveniently located off the M6 (no noise), we have ample parking. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The third room is used as an office, but it has a comfortable fold-out bed from BoConcept. The house is a new, spacious, 3-bed terraced house with 2.5 bathrooms. One of the rooms has been converted into an office, but it can also be used as a bedroom. We have one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in the guest bedroom and two very comfortable, single-size fold out beds from Bo Concept in the office. All of our reviews have received 5 stars. We'll do all we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I am very tidy and clean so the house will be immaculate when you arrive. We provide all linens and towels. Our home is lovingly decorated with both contemporary design furniture and antiques from all over the world, including Bali, Singapore, the Czech Republic and many more wonderful countries that we've had the fortune to visit. We are ideally situated about a mile off the M6 (Lancaster exit), but there's no noise from the motorway. It's a 35 minute cycle ride or 20 minute drive to the university and only 10 minutes into Lancaster. We live right off a cycle path that runs between Lancaster and Caton, including the stunning views at the Crook of Lune. We can offer our guests use of our bikes. We're also only 35 minutes from Windermere in the Lake District and 25 minutes from Ingleborough, the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. We're just in the foothills of the Forest of Bowland. There are several excellent pubs and cafes within driving distance, many excellent walking footpaths, and we're a stone's throw from the Lune River and its many delights. Because we are letting out our own home and not a holiday home, I'm afraid we only accept guests who have a full Airbnb profile with photos, two Airbnb verifications, some Airbnb reviews. I prefer speaking with my guests on the phone before they arrive. You'll have access to the entire house and garden. We only let out the house while we're away so sadly we won't be here to look after our guests, but we're always on the end of a mobile phone call if our guests have questions. We live in a small village near Lancaster. Lancaster has been dubbed "coffee city" and offers several excellent cozy and trendy cafes, such as the Music Rooms and The Hall. Both offer excellent healthy lunches, delicious homemade cakes and the best coffee in town. There's plenty of excellent gastro pubs in the area and footpaths for walking and cycling paths just 100 yards from our front door. It's easiest to reach our place by car or by bicycle. The train service into Lancaster is excellent (only 2.5 hours from London Euston). A cab from the station costs about £10 and the cycle ride takes about 25 minutes. There is a bus into Lancaster that takes 15 minutes. Cabs are reliable and inexpensive. Most phone carriers have good reception here in Lancashire, but O2 has very poor reception. If you're an O2 customer please be aware that you might be properly disconnected on your holiday! We provide free wifi for our guests.
